Ruth Padilla DeBorst

Ruth Padilla DeBorst yearns to see peace and justice embrace in the beautiful and broken world we call home. She has been involved in leadership development and theological education for integral mission in her native Latin America and beyond for several decades. She serves on the board of the Latin American Theological Fellowship and on the Networking Team of the International Fellowship for Mission as Transformation. With her husband, James, she leads the Center for Interdisciplinary Theological Education (based in Costa Rica). She also has been associated with Christian Reformed World Missions, the Comunidad Internacional de Estudiantes Evangélicos (IFES), and World Vision International. The Padilla DeBorsts live in Costa Rica as members of the Casa Adobe Community.


Rt. Bishop Zac Niringiye

The Rt. Rev. Dr. D. Zac Niringiye is a theologian, pastor, Bible teacher, organizational development consultant and a peace and social justice activist. He took an early retirement from his work as Assistant Bishop of the Diocese of Kampala in 2012 to focus his energies on the work of peace and social-political justice in Uganda. Prior to that, he was Regional Director of the Church Mission Society’s work in Africa and spent 20 years of ministry among students in Uganda and all over English- and Portuguese-speaking Africa. He is now a Fellow in the Faculty of Social Sciences at Uganda Christian University, leading a project on Religion, Culture and Public life.

Rev. Dr. Daniel Jeyaraj

Daniel Jeyaraj is an Indian theologian with deep interests in World Christianity. He is Professor of World Christianity at Liverpool Hope University and is also the director of the Andrew F. Walls Centre for the Study of African and Asian Christianity. His teaching and research primarily deal with the dynamics of Christian missions and their interaction with native cultures. He is a leading authority on the study of the Royal Danish-Halle Mission, Pietism, and the emergence of Protestant churches in eighteenth century India.
