Organizations across the country are working to respond to the heightened demand for winter clothing in response to the extreme weather conditions. In order to respond to our local need as soon as possible, Pillar will be collecting winter clothing beginning tomorrow, Wednesday, January 22. These items will be distributed between our mission partners, Community Action House, Gateway Mission, and My House Ministries. Immediate needs include coats, snow pants, boots, hats, and gloves of all sizes for men, women and children. If you’re able to safely drop these items off at Pillar (9am-4pm) on Wednesday we will distribute them to the organizations. We will continue to collect items through Sunday, January 28.
