Worship Arts

The worship of the triune God, Father, Son, and Holy Spirit, is the central action of the Christian church. Pillar lives this out through corporate worship, music and audio, visual media, and our lives of prayer and community outside of the sanctuary.

Our life of prayer and song, scripture and sacrament, is offered in a way that we like to call creative liturgical. It involves age-old tradition and liturgy with contextual and local expressions of creativity, art, and community. And in todays environment of digital media everywhere we go, we also want to produce compelling audio and visual expressions of Sunday worship and beyond. Through borrowed words, newly composed songs, original art, and everything in between, we hope to craft a life of liturgy that speaks to us from the past and engages honestly with the realities of our present.
