Psalm 62

Yes, my soul, find rest in God;
my hope comes from him.
Truly he is my rock and my salvation;
he is my fortress, I will not be shaken.
My salvation and my honor depend on God[c];
he is my mighty rock, my refuge.
Trust in him at all times, you people;
pour out your hearts to him,
for God is our refuge. Psalm 62:5-8

The psalmist tells his soul to find rest in God. What do you need to tell your soul today? Do you need rest in your exhaustion, hope in your despair, joy in your sadness, peace in your chaos, or wisdom in your confusion? Whatever you need, your answer is in God. He alone is our rock and our salvation. You can always trust him. Take a few moments and pour your heart out to him for He is your refuge.
