Pillar Church is a church for the city, committed to reconciling divisions, raising up leaders, renewing the church, and redeeming the city in such a way that your name is known, your story is heard, and your questions are honored. The Center for Pastoral Leadership (CPL) is one way we seek to raise up leaders for the church by serving as a training ground for those discerning a call to pastoral ministry.

We will do this in a proactive pastoral residency program that involves the following components:
